Make sure to be as detailed as possible and that your User ID is included (SEE HERE what that is and where to find it), as well as information about when this happened (date and approximate time), how often, what game you were in and any errors you saw. Any screenshots or videos will be very helpful (SO HERE IS HOW TO TAKE THEM)! When you've described everything, hit SUBMIT.
