How to Contact Support

If you've read our FAQ already but your issue or question is not resolved, we hope you take a moment to reach out to our Support Team at Slots Craze. They are determined to help and we are dedicated to catching and fixing any issues ASAP.

To reach out, just tap or click the Support button on the Loading Page, the bottom of the Lobby on Web, iPad and Tablets, or the Options Menu (top right in the Lobby). You'll be taken to a form in which you can describe what happened or what your question is! 

Make sure to be as detailed as possible and that your User ID is included (SEE HERE what that is and where to find it), as well as information about when this happened (date and approximate time), how often, what game you were in and any errors you saw. Any screenshots or videos will be very helpful (SO HERE IS HOW TO TAKE THEM)! When you've described everything, hit SUBMIT. 

Support will reply to your email address within a day!

    i have tryedtime and time again to purchase coins and it says errorandthere is a delay in getting coins and an email will be sent to me and it has been 3 weeksnow and still nothingso i want to know when can i buy coins please

    I had 500 million in coins and they disappeared I also lost my cash pots. Still haven’t heard back from support yet. This is ridiculous!!
